ADE Coaching

About

I’m Aimee, and my path into coaching began long before I ever claimed the title of “coach.”
My father named me Aimee Dustin, giving all his daughters the initials A.D.E. — a quiet legacy of intention and connection to his own middle name, Wade. Those three letters have become a symbol of what I now teach: growth that’s both deeply rooted and purposefully expansive.

When we lost my father to cancer in 2020, it was a turning point. He had just begun to live the retirement dreams he’d worked so hard for — and watching that dream slip away reshaped how I saw life, success, and time itself. I realized how easily we postpone joy, waiting for the “right moment” that may never come.

That moment became the foundation of ADE Coaching — a space to help others stop waiting and start living.
I work with high-achieving professionals navigating transitions to rediscover their clarity, confidence, and courage — so they can build careers and lives that feel aligned, fulfilling, and free.

A.D.E. is more than my initials. It’s a reminder that growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to yourself with intention and purpose.

If you’d like to know more about my story or follow the journey behind the business, I share more over at my blog, Letters from Life — a personal space where the lessons of work, life, and legacy intertwine.

If you’re ready to create a life you love — on your terms, starting now — I’m here to walk that path with you.
